BRICTEC Thermal Equipment Fuel Switchable Heavy Oil Burner for Kiln Temperature Control
Product Description
ASNG/2 burner is flexible to accommodate fuel type of both oil and gas (natural gas or LPG). It is equipped with two interfaces to support different fuel supplies with no need to change burners.Thus, fuel switching becomes very easy in this process. The burner is composed of two 1000L transfer tanks and heavy oil burning system and adopts electronic proportional valve, which can realize precise control, and make kiln reach preset temperate and keep constant. The heavy oil circulation pump is of Siemens brand, and the temperature controller is of OMRON brand.
In the process of the burning system installation service, We will provide a service tank for daily use and position it next to the kiln.The function of this daily service tank is to accept the fuel coming from the main storage tank, heat it up and deliver it to the circulating pump while allowing excess fuel to flow back into the Daily service tank, maintaining continuous fuel flow and avoiding fuel flow not moving due to low temperature. All the daily service tanks are equipped with heating components, safety floaters and other accessories to ensure safety and high efficiency.
